Well it works to a point,i can send msg's but cant see who's online or receive msg's.
Now my question is... Are they even gonna fix this problem or am i wasting my time even thinking about it?
Its was a great app when it was working,but it has'nt worked for a while now,i have IM+ (graphical version) from Shapeservices but i cant minimize that app and use the phone so im wondering what else is there on offer that i can run on my k700i.....and then the w800i when i get it?
Ps,is there any way i could use my own server or anything to get My Friends working?

I've also experienced the same problem with Yamigo and have given up trying to make sense of it.

Ok,i fink ive cracked it :-D i fooked around wiv my wap settings and decided to use smartvas.com instead of yamigo. I been online for hours now,while writing this too :-) Will post what i did next time im at my PC...

Ok this is what i did...
1st u gotta go to http://www.smartvas.com/ and register like u do wiv yamigo,then fetch ur MSN contacts,like yamigo
Then on ur phone u put these in the account settings...
Username = ur username
Domain = leave empty
Password = ur password
Server = http://www.smartvas.com/oma/imps
Auto-login = yes or no (ur preference)
Allow connection = Home network
Internet Profile = This is the bit where u can create new settings (name them 'My Friends') or adjust ur present settings. I am on Orange contract using the 'Orange GPRS WAP' so settings may be different for payg (prepay) or other networks,u just gotta fiddle wiv em a bit like i did.
In 'settings' change the 'Internet Mode' to wap
Now try to log in,this took me a few repeat tries at first but after a while i got logged in,but then i could'nt see any contacts,so after reading the forums at smartvas i saw that admin said u need to add a contact called 'admin',put this in both username and nickname.
Now u shud see ur contacts,and their status.
FYI,u cannot add contacts from ur phone and its for msn only atm.
Cud ppl post back and say if it works for them on other networks,etc,wud like to see how many of u ppl actually use My Friends,as this is a new feature in my k700i cus i never cud get it working before now
and its a cool app too

kinda have concerns over password/access to my msn on their servers...
