Anyone else getting "Your device is already up to date" when trying to get R1N035?

I can't update to R1N035!

I've been trying all day it it keeps saying that my device is already up to date.

Is anyone else getting the same thing?

- I tried another K750i which was R1J and it updated only to R1L.

I'm in Melbourne, Australia and I noticed a few people from Melbourne had already updated so I'm not sure what the problem is.

yes me too. but i am not from aus. but people on EU_1 havent been able to update to the new frimware.

I'm on the same boat as well - I am also on a vodaphone branded phone, although it is unlocked.

Am I going to have to de-brand the phone before I can update?

We have the same software CDA.

for any of you with EU_1/EMEA_6, did it work? I keep getting stuck at 54% with connection error.
