I have an mp3 set as my morning alarm, but it gets damn loud the longer I leave it, is there anyway I can keep it from increasing in volume?

Set up an alarm profile and turn off the increasing ring tone, set the volume to 3 or 4 thats wakes me up, i did it to stop it vibrating off the window ledge when it went off lol.

My K700i does that!

Make a new profile and adjust the volume,i tried the other way of turning off increasing ring on my K700i but it didnt work, maybe its the same on K750i

I have the ringing volume up as loud as it can go on my V600i and the rington set to be the same MP3 as the alarm. When the phone rings the MP3 is really loud, but when the alarm goes its very quiet!!! I can't see how setting up an additional profile will help me. Any ideas???

Have found that by keeping the phone on its front (so that the speaker on the back isn't covered!!!!) the alarm signal is much louder! Phew!!! I thought I was going to have to reply on the K700i as my alarm for a minute there!!

Ive tried everything, can someone help me out? I want to turn the volume down on a mp3 which is set on my alarm. I have created a new profile etc, but cant seem to get the volume down on the alarm. It seems that the volume set as a player and as an alarm differ...any ideas?

I think that the alarm is always set to "increasing volume" setting. I believe it's supposed to work that way, to annoy you with a loud sound and awaken your senses.

The only thing I can think of right now is for you to edit your mp3 using a sound editing software, lower the overall gain/volume, and save it/copy it to your phone.
