Managinng address book. - Esato archive

Hi peeps,
is it possible to manage your address book and sim contacts when the fone is plugged into a PC?, I'm sure i read that this can be done but when i plug my 750i into my PC through SE File manager,all it shows is the fone memory folders. Any info will be appreciated.

I havent tried that prog as i thought it was available through SE file manager.
