If you e-mail Opera and ask for it they will send you a link. They realise that loads of people have uploaded it to various web sites so they are making it available to everyone that wants it before the official release.
As for the problem, check that your operator allows HTTP traffic. If it only allows WAP traffic your screwed, Opera Mini only works in HTTP.

I used opera mini in romania, orange network. Guess what, it worked, PLUS i don't know how but the trafic made by opera was not counted in my bill!!!! So it was free! I used my wapbrowser, i got the usual tax, but when i used opera mini nothing. But after a few days, and 7 mb downloaded free
, it suddenly stopped :'( and know it just says connecting... or what, and nothing. Damn

i think u can't download files through opera to your phone. i've tried jar files, and doesn't download it, just open it like u view it in a text editor. nor midi's. i've tried this on my k700i

The Internet apps no fonctionirt to SE phones, a ave downloaded mini opera in my nokia s40 and this fonctionirt perfectly. Im ave the K750i bat i m retourn to nokia phones is the best.

Thanks Mattis, I had fiddled with it and figured it out. This thing is absolutely wonderful. I still haven't figured out if one can download stuff 2 phones from it. I have s700. If anyone is successful let me know. And good luck to you other guys who still trying 2 get opera mini. Try hard it will be worth it.

its not hard to fine Opera Mini, just follow my links above to howardforums and they have the files to download, install them, how much easier can it get? I dont think we are allowed to post direct links to the software on here (someone posted this on another thread) so follow on your way down to howard forums. I found it after a simple google search

I have a K700 and downloaded opera couple weeks ago, but i keep getting a 'could not conect to server' error, my gprs settings work fine... anyone have this problem, i deleted the file and then downloaded it again, same error!

There are various different Opera for mobiles. If your fone is a s40 or below, u need the low memory version, called Opera-Mini/OperaLow
s60 and above u need Opera-Mini/opera. . . . U can download Opera as .jar or .jad . . . .U can get the downloads by following the relevant link from http://www.favormark.com/dizzidl

i write only from opera on esato...but you just have to use www not wap
opera is a web browser not a wap...
