Only available in Japan of course, I used one when I lived there last year and still waiting for something remotely similar to hit these shores.
Some of the features:
Rotating flip screen
Touch screen
Megapix camera (common nowadays i know, but this was out over a year ago!)
Fingerprint sensor (never really figured out why)
And loads more functions and useability then anything here...

The fingerprint sensor is a security feature. I love the nttdocomo phones. They're so cool. The contactless card way of paying for stuff with your phone is coming to there shores soon so expect that on some new phones. You might also want to check out newgmobile.com too, some nice phones there.
