Semc Tool v2.2 Error - Esato archive

Hi
I have downloaded Semc Tool v2.2 and I wanted to unlock my Sony Ericsson so that I can use a 3 sim card in it.

However when i connect the T28 cable to the phone and I check "Clear SP Locks" and then click on "Do Sleected Jobs" I get an error, below is the reading which I get:

Bypass boot authority
ERROR: Phone not power up

My settings are :

Baudrate : 115200bps

Please can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong and how I can ulock my SE so I can use a 3 sim card with it.

I got the same error when i try.
Anyone know whats the prob?

have you turned off your phone?

Ensure the phone is off. When it asks to press the on/no button press it repeatedly not just once.
