It's obvious the high prices that they are trying to claw back the money for the expensive licenses paid. Also,I have read that many people doing tests of EE's 4G have said there have been alot of teething problems and the signal was poor all the time.
They haven't been auctioned yet.
I'm with Etaab, not worth it, much better to have unlimited on HSPA (and +).
Reality is batteries aren't up to the job yet, just look at the US guys, all you hear is them complaining about battery life on LTE devices.
On the Gnex your easily looking at an hours difference in screen on time between the two variants. |

The prices are extortionate for the amount of data your allowed on EE, disgraceful in fact. A 4GB add on is £20

People will be frightened to turn 4G on. They're also saying they are offering speeds from 8 - 12 Mbps. I thought 4G was much faster. I can already achieve over 5 Mbps on 3.5G on 3UK.

Just heard it's launched today in Birmingham. One guy said he found the signal terrible even in city centre. I have got 13mbps on Three anyway on mobile broadband. The other day I did a speed test on Three with my Nokia Lumia and got 8.1mbps. The BBC News at One today they did a 4G test and got 13mbps.

Not worth moving over to EE for at that price. What do you use for your mobile broadband Bono? A dongle?

It's called the Huawei Premium dongle from Three stores. I got it when it first came out at a discount for £34. Was £69. But the speeds at good times in the day or night i have,no lie got upto 13mbps download. It's brilliant in my area anyway. Can get it in Argos too. It's upto 40% faster than older dongle

It would be good if Mobile networks fixed the 3G out first before jumping onto the LTE
currently my phone only gets 3 Full bars at my end since the EE came on screen
Thats good about Virgin Mobile I asked them when they would be offering iPhones
via facebook as theyre deals seem really good especially if your a existing Virgin customer!

Yes,and my dad is with Virgin Media landline. If he called a Virgin mobile it's free. But I'm on Three though I might switch coz you also get GSM,wider coverage with T Mobile/Orange and Three 3G sharing too plus if you top up on Virgin you get the texts, data and keep your credit. On Three it comes out your credit as a bundle

Was that on Three?? I always get good speeds on Three and rarely any network issues unlike a certain network **cough cough** O2 cough** Unless your in a real hurry for something to download. No word of a lie I have downloaded a 100mb file on Three mobile broadband and it took less than a minute at around 17:55 in the evening.

I think that 500mb needs to be beefed upto 1GB as a starter for everyone thinking about moving onto
EE LTE even so...
